Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued to your bank/card immediately equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. (Depending on the banking system)

**There are no returns on merchandise purchased in Last Chance or Final Sale items. All items marked with these phrases are not eligible for return. Any items purchased at a pop-up event/store are not eligible for return.**

Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid less shipping charges.

Claims for damaged or defective item(s) must be reported within 14 days of receiving your merchandise to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or defective item(s) to If an item is washed contrary to the washing instructions and then develops a defect, said item is no longer eligible for return. Only damaged goods that meet these requirements will receive return labels.

**Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact, unaltered and the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued**


Due to the availability of merchandise, we are unable to offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
